3. Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Your order is accepted once we confirm it and successfully process your payment. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or product availability issues.
If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order begins processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Pricing and Payment

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

5. Subscriptions
Some Old Dog New Treats products may be available through a recurring subscription or Subscribe & Save program.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe, until the subscription is canceled.
The applicable delivery frequency, subscription price, discount, renewal terms, and available management or cancellation options will be shown before you complete your subscription purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your payment, shipping, and account information current.
You may manage or cancel your subscription online through the customer subscription portal. If you need help managing your subscription, you can contact us at info@olddognewtreats.com.
Changes or cancellations should be made before your next order begins processing. Once a subscription order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel or modify that shipment.
We will provide notice of material changes to subscription pricing or terms when required by applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@olddognewtreats.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR LOSSES.
OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
